Role and Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Marketing Manager:

• Work with the marketing team to devise D2C strategy across both UK and European business processes
• Take ownership of the marketing mix across all customer touchpoint
• Monitor product availability levels for the ecommerce platforms
• Analyse usage and purchase behaviour to optimise user experience
• Create KPI’s and report on their progress
• Focus on digital marketing optimisation through A/B testing
• Manage content across all platforms and channels
• Create a cross-selling and up-selling strategy, as well as various promotions and product campaigns
• Oversee customer feedback and reviews

Skills and Experience Needed:

• Degree in Marketing or Business (a technical specialism would be beneficial)
• 3+ years of digital marketing / marketing analytics / automation experience
• Experience in ecommerce is vital!
• Skilled in Google Analytics – able to provide UX insights and ecommerce reports
• Able to create brilliant analytical reports and present these intricate topics to various stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial individual with commercial acumen and market knowledge
• Technically adept
• Innovative and creative thinker
• Create communication and collaboration skills
