We have a brand new, exclusive opportunity for an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join a highly successful business who specialise in menswear fashion!

Our client has experienced a phenomenal amount of success since they began selling their high-quality products to high-end retail stores across the UK! As they continue to grow, they are now looking to progress with their online growth and thus are recruiting for someone to manage their team of marketing enthusiasts!

The company currently has a small in house team and are looking to bring on a mid-level Ecommerce Marketing Manager who can help grow their online offering whilst also identifying and creating long-lasting partnerships. As a company, they plan to refine their online offering drive their digital customer acquisition across all channels. Their site is currently built on a Magento2 site and they are using Emarsys as an email platform, they have all the infrastructure and resource to grown their online brand aggressively. They are looking for someone from an ecommerce and digital background to come in build their online brand image. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a broad digital knowledge as well as have hands-on paid search experience in order to be considered for this role! The ideal candidate will also have experience across a breadth of digital channels including SEO, CRM and Social strategy.

The Key Requirements of the Ecommerce Marketing Manager:  

  • Work closely with the external agency to drive traffic to the site across PPC, Google Shopping, Display, Paid Social and Programmatic. Managing budget and core KPI’s across each channel. Identifying opportunities online to acquire new customers.
  • Segment and retarget existing customers, with tailored email and direct mail marketing campaigns. Repeat business within this business can prove to be very reward given the price point and AOV of their customers
  • Utilise social media in order to build brand awareness
  • Via successful content marketing and Digital PR, utilise brand stories around the heritage of the company in order to build brand credibility and boost the volume of brand partnerships.
  • The site has recently been launched so the role will involve working closely with their external agency to help tweak and refine the customer journey to help drive conversions and increase AOV’s.
  • Generate a broader marketing strategy which specifically will drive sponsorship with companies which align with the brand.

The Perfect Candidate:

  • Proven experience within a similar managerial role is essential!
  • Must have hands-on paid search and paid social experience
  • Previous experience on various digital channels such as CRM and Social Media
  • Capable of managing a team of marketing experts!
  • Comfortable building strong work relationships with third party agencies
  • Strong knowledge of Magento2 and Emarsys
  • Up-to-date on current industry trends and changes!
  • An ambitious individual who’s driven by targets
  • Has a genuine interest in men’s fashion!
