Ecommerce Executive - Manchester - Up to £25,000 - Retail

With nearly 10 years’ experience in the field, our client is beginning to branch out and expand their business, making this a fantastic time to join their retail empire! They are searching for a talented, diligent individual to help their ecommerce team with visual merchandising, managing product promotions and a host of other responsibilities. 

The Ecommerce Executive will have to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as this business is developing rapidly! The successful candidate will have responsibilities such as uploading products and managing and updating the company website. The Ecommerce Executive will also be required to have excellent interpersonal skills as working as part of a team is vital to succeed in this role!

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Executive:

• Visual Merchandising for website and monitoring views.
• Working effectively with other teams and communicating daily to ensure site performance is optimised!
• Uploading products to the company website.
• Working with the brand’s affiliate network to ensure specific codes are generated.
• Monitoring stock, archiving products, retrieving sales reports and creating promotional discount and offer codes. 
• Dealing with product promotions for specific events (such as sales, Black Friday, Christmas and Easter).
• Working with graphic designers and buyers to ensure deals are live on the website. 
• Managing and updating the website in order to ensure that all products are in line with their trading priorities.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a similar role.
• Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of eCommerce user experience.
• Magento experience is beneficial but not essential
• Excellent writing, communication and influencing skills.
• Sound understanding of Microsoft Office combined with a technical mind-set.
• An individual with a drive to succeed!
