Our client is situated in the heart of Manchester, where the successful candidate can take advantage of the many restaurants, pubs and bars which are on the office’s doorstep! This brand has experienced a rapid success and now they are looking to hire an ecommerce executive who will help contribute to the growth! They are looking for a creative individual with an excellent ecommerce background who is looking to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.

The Ecommerce Executive will have to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as this business is developing rapidly! The successful candidate will have responsibilities such as uploading products and managing and updating the company website. The Ecommerce Executive will also be required to have excellent interpersonal skills as working as part of a team is vital to succeed in this role!

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Executive:

  • Visual Merchandising for website and monitoring views.
  • Working effectively with other teams and communicating daily to ensure site performance is optimised!
  • Uploading products to the company website.
  • Working with the brand’s affiliate network to ensure specific codes are generated.
  • Monitoring stock, archiving products, retrieving sales reports and creating promotional discount and offer codes. 
  • Dealing with product promotions for specific events (such as sales, Black Friday, Christmas and Easter).
  • Working with graphic designers and buyers to ensure deals are live on the website. 
  • Managing and updating the website in order to ensure that all products are in line with their trading priorities.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a similar role.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of eCommerce user experience.
  • Magento experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent writing, communication and influencing skills.
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office combined with a technical mind-set.
  • An individual with a drive to succeed!
