Our client’s office is conveniently located only a short walk from the train station which means that it is easily accessible from Manchester City Centre and other surrounding areas! The company is at the top of their game and they continue to grow and dominate the market! They now have their sites firmly set on conquering the U.S! Hence, they are now in need of an experienced, diligent and ambitious individual to join their team of eCommerce experts!

The eCommerce Executive will initially focus on both the company’s UK and US online platforms, however, in the long term, they will be responsible solely for the U.S website.  An individual who is extremely organised and wants to progress in their career will thrive in this particular role due to the excellent progression opportunities that the organisation has to offer the successful candidate.

The Main Responsibilities of the eCommerce Executive:

  • When required, offer your assistance to the Head of Marketing as well as the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Support the marketing campaigns which are associated with the company’s online platform by utilising channels such as social, affiliate and email
  • Make sure that products are merchandised on the website in a timely manner by using landing pages, product spotlights and banners
  • Identify sales opportunities and how the business can enhance the customer experience by analysing customer search traffic
  • On a regular basis, carry out general and promotional administration
  • Liaise with internal departments when discussing key trading information in order to help them achieve their goals with regards to the online platform
  • Support the development and creation of various product ranges and promotions whilst having a strong understanding of the key online information required to achieve KPI objectives via Google Analytics
  • Regularly produce reports which highlight the performance of the website and use this information in the future

The Perfect Candidate:

  • At least 2 years’ experience of working within a similar role is fundamental
  • A self - starter who’s driven by targets and thrives off exceeding expectations
  • An ‘eye for detail’ combined with fantastic organisational, time management and communication skills
  • Competent in Google Analytics along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Confident when building and maintaining a strong working relationship with both internal and external parties
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills are required when producing sales reports
  • A business-savvy individual who has a sound understanding of factors which impact on online sales!
