Our client is a multi-award-winning agency, who has a work hard play hard attitude, which is why they have an Xbox and regularly go out and attend classy award ceremonies! They specialise in key digital principles and they have proved to the industry that they are capable of creative ground-breaking campaigns for some of the largest brands in the industry. Their office is just a quick tram ride outside of Manchester City Centre and due to their huge success, they are growing rapidly and is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join their award-winning team!

The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for working a strong client portfolio of high profile customers. They will manage the digital production workload, taking care of briefs and allocating workload to the digital studio, therefore, our client is asking for someone with an expert understanding of Magento.

The Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Digital Project Manager

  • Manage workflow and digital campaign production on allocated accounts to meet quality, financial and delivery requirements
  • Deal with client requests providing exceptional customer service, quickly, quality and responses
  • Take digital production briefs and raise any missing detail with the client in order to fully satisfy company brief
  • Allocate Digital Studio workload reviewing and maintaining a weekly workflow schedule
  • Ensure quality control is applied at all stages of the process with both internal teams and with external suppliers


The Key Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Magento experience is vital for the role
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and keen to succeed
  • Solution finder and problem solver
  • Highly organised and calm under pressure
  • Confident and clear communicator and able to deal with clients of all levels
  • Positive and resilient in a high workloads, high energy environment
