Our client is going through a period of fantastic growth and as a result, they are looking for a talented Digital Product Manager to deliver and expand the business’ marketing and data strategies.

This is an exciting role that will allow the Digital Product Manager to own and develop the Product Road Map, turning data led insights into changes to the user journey to commercially benefit the business.

They are looking for someone to challenging the status quo, be innovative a problem solver who is comfortable in defining and identifying who their audiences are.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Digital Product Manager

  • Digital Product Manager will take ownership and the delivery of their digital product roadmap (product being their 4 websites)
  • Manage all aspects of the role themselves - hands on
  • Drive a ‘customer first approach to acquire, convert and retain more engaged and loyal customers
  • Drive ROI
  • Identify and target new data fields
  • Focus on User Experience,
  • Improve Digital UX and performance through site enhancements such as increased visibility & authority
  • Create and deliver regular testing plans
  • Manage SEO and effectiveness of key terms in search results to drive increased website traffic
  • Working closely with the Technology and Development teams to ensure on time on budget delivery of key Product Road Map projects
  • Managing all work streams
  • Focus on CRO
  • Optimizing user journeys
  • Testing 
  • Managing the product roadmap
  • Focused on Product Innovation
  • User Experience focus
  • Creating User Interactions to inform business / product direction
  • Competitor analysis – using findings to make actionable improvements to the business
  • Working closely with client facing teams and the technology community

 

The Ideal candidate

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Product Manager role
  • An innovator
  • A strong Digital and Product understanding
  • Digital and SEO background
  • Strong understanding of analytics and the ability to use data findings to provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with content CMS’s and WordPress
  • Intellectual curiosity,
  • Ability to engage with internal stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work in an ‘Agile’ environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to identify Product opportunities through different channels and audience sectors
  • An excellent communicator
  • Excellent organisational skills
