This innovative, leading agency is looking for a Digital PR and Outreach Lead to join and lead an effective and thriving team. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing online exposure for a range of clients that include global iconic brands. This will be achieved through creative campaigns, engaging content, and influencer marketing. This is a perfect role for someone who is looking for a new challenge in their digital PR career and thrives in an imaginative and passionate environment.  

Key roles and responsibilities of the Digital PR and Outreach Lead:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with bloggers and social media influencers, and work with them on projects.
  • Lead a talented team and deliver engaging campaigns.
  • Use commercial opportunities to promote the agency itself  
  • Identify ways to improve outreach performance.
  • Coordinate a variety of outreach and digital PR campaigns.
  • Ensure that PR and Outreach Executives meet their objectives and targets.
  • Work alongside the Marketing, Content, and Buying teams when managing the PR calendar.

Required skills and attributes: 

  • A creative and innovative mind, with a passion for creating new ideas and techniques.
  • A degree to 2/1 standard or higher is desirable
  • 4+ years’ experience within a digital and content strategy related role
  • Strong management skills.
  • Confident and able to push boundaries and new ideas/strategies.
  • Experience writing engaging and attractive content is desirable.
  • Passionate about branding and online fashion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Experience within a digital PR role, and with developing strong partnerships.
