Digital Media Sales Director - North West (Remote Working) - £70,000 + Bonus - Media Sales

Our client is an industry leader in programmatic advertising, using data insights and cutting-edge technology to shape customer connections. They aim to target audiences on a new level, rejecting ineffective mass-comms and instead focussing on bespoke and engaging campaigns. They are able to combine technological advances with creative innovation to provide their customers with unrivalled results.

The company is growing, and they are looking for a talented Media Sales Regional Director to join their team on a remote working basis. Working with the Sales Director across all agencies in the region, they will be commercially astute and take full ownership of revenue generating activities and budgets, whilst achieving business goals.

Role and Responsibilities of the Digital Media Sales Director:

  • Client Management – work with clients across the region to build relationships, ensure relevant products are adopted, answer all questions, and give advice on any programmatic decisions
  • Be a Brand Champion – become a face for the business to customers and stakeholders alike, being the first port of call for any queries, and always thinking of ways for the brand to grow and keep ahead of the competition
  • Lead from the front – Have an expert knowledge of the programmatic space and inspire others in the business to improve, lead regular meetings, provide appraisals and feedback

The Person:

  • Strong experience of sales and pipeline management
  • Great at building strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Excellent communication skills to all stakeholders
  • Superb organisations skills
  • Analytically minded – a problem solver with great attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills – able to take charge
  • Sense of enthusiasm and excitement for the role
