You love social media, e-commerce and all things digital, and you know how to engage UK users. You know what it takes to create great content and campaigns, and you love being on the forefront to test new ideas and tap into local trends and topical stories, making them interesting and relevant to our audience. You will have a strong affinity and know-how of digital & performance marketing, social media and e-commerce. You will be joining a rapidly growing young brand that aims to change the way we eat forever. You will be bold, creative, commercially minded and not afraid to fail.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Set the direction together with the global digital team and be the driver of the social media strategy to increase followers & fans and level of engagement
  • Create monthly and weekly content plans for UK together with internal stakeholders, but also work with flexibility to be able to tap into relevant stories and local events
  • Manage and drive our ecommerce agenda in the UK, working closely with regional sales leads, marketing team and retailer digital agencies
  • Work closely with the brand teams and manage online paid digital campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive sales
  • Implement digital strategies across range of channels including paid search, SEO and PPS
  • Research and monitor social conversation, be able turn them into action
  • Manage and facilitate social media dialogues in own + external channels (Community management) 
  • Work cross functionally to ensure any relevant marketing campaigns and events are amplified in an effective way through social media

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years digital experience preferably in the food / retail sector in the UK.
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms and content management
  • A commercial mindset and ability to drive sales in an ecommerce setting


  • Strong growth mindset and goes the extra mile to deliver outstanding results.
