Digital Marketing Manager (CRM Focus) – Education - £35,000
This is a hands-on role within a market leading education supplies business. The Digital Marketing Manager to define and implement an email and website strategy across their six brands to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention. The role will report in to the Head of Digital and have 2 direct Digital Marketing Executive reports. They’re currently working remotely, but the office is open if anyone would like to use it. Working from home will be part of the flexibility moving forward.
You will be confident in producing and implementing an email strategy and mapping out the onsite journey that helps increase open and click through rates alongside a journey that drives the onsite engagement and conversion.
There will be a heavy focus around driving acquisition and profitability through all the digital channels. This role plays a vital part of the business’s digital channels and presence across multiple channels, including Email, CRM, and marketing campaigns. You will be well versed in creating, building, and optimising email marketing campaigns including segmentation.
A strong analytical approach is needed to overview all digital campaigns, reporting, and driving digital transformation throughout.
