Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the main objective of the Digital Marketing Manager will be delivering KPI’s through innovative and efficient marketing projects. Managing multiple brands in a timely and cost-effective manner requires a digital marketing specialist who is passionate and creative - driving the brand forward to diversify the marketing portfolio and adapt to the changing business landscape.

Main Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Create and deliver the digital marketing strategy across all brands
  • Oversee various marketing channels – deliver multiple ongoing projects to a high standard
  • Deliver insightful reports to illustrate marketing performance and highlight relevant outcomes and trends
  • Communicate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the marketing strategy is delivered accurately and cohesively
  • Identify new areas for innovation and optimisation using a test and learn approach
  • Ensure excellent customer service and user experience
  • Lead and develop the Digital Marketing team

Skills and Attributes:

  • Over 3 years experience in a Digital Marketing role
  • Experience working at a senior level (managing teams, developing strategy etc.)
  • Experience in Affiliate, Display and/or Paid Social channels
  • Entrepreneurial approach to work – independent, highly organised, innovative, and focussed
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business
  • Analytically minded with strong problem solving skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with an emphasis on embracing new and exciting technology
