The Digital Marketing Manager will be an integral part of the overall company and the growth of the company. You will be primary focused on paid acquisition – 85% of the role.

Main responsibilities for this role are;

  • Lead the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy inline with our brand across all paid digital channels
  • Managing and reporting marketing spend, budgets and ROI
  • Create and oversee the digital acquisition strategy and activities, focusing on; PPC Adwords and Bing, affiliate marketing, social channels, digital marketing
  • Managing a team of 3 highly competent executives; graphic design, social media, email marketing
  • Manage relationships with external agencies

The right person will be;

The culture fit is very important to this organisation, they want the right person who wants to help grow the company and be an irreplaceable member of staff!

  • 7 year’s experience within paid digital marketing
  • A can-do attitude
  • Experience managing a team, including appraisals, 1-1s and overall support
  • A commercial sense and understanding of budgets and forecasting
  • Experience with A/B testing, optimising, user funnels, SEO
  • Competent at understanding and interrogating data and creating detailed reports with tangible insights
