You will report into the Head of Digital and be responsible for the acquisition strategy, planning and implementation of all digital campaigns offsite, ensuring that the company follows the branding, ensuring the customer experience is pleasurable and that tangible and strategic information can be gathered.

You will be based in Nottingham, with flexible working requiring you to go into the office 3 out of 5 days. Salary is up to £50,000 DOE.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:

As you are managing the digital team, you will have overall responsibility for the online marketing mix, from conception to completion of campaigns, the optimisation and strategy management and enhancements of channels to meet the demands of the market and ultimately enhance the customer experience leading to strong ROI.

You will have support of the Digital Ecommerce team, specifically the brand marketing and CRM teams, ensuring an Omni Channel approach is taken. This information will be shared for ecommerce budgets and KPIs.

Specific responsibilities;

  • Develop and implement online marketing strategies with focus on high growth in ROI.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and key marketing channels including SEO, paid search and social, social commerce, affiliate marketing, comparison shopping engines, data feed strategy and re-targeting activity.
  • Develop and maintain SEO strategy and campaign plan to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain paid search strategy with ownership of all adcopy
  • Leverage paid content opportunities and use of influencers
  • Review industry activity, identifying opportunities
  • Budget management
  • Reporting, analysis and on-going optimisation of all marketing channels.
  • Research, identify and implement new online traffic and customer acquisition opportunities.
  • On-going planning and implementation of customer acquisition activities
  • On-going planning, application, and management of customer retention activities.
  • Support management of the promotions calendar that leverages the retail promotions whilst identifying web exclusive offers at key times.
