Our client is a well-established popular brand, which has been on the market for several decades. Due to their vast success, they now have a global audience and is proud to supply products for a global customer base. They are now on the lookout for a diligent Marketing Manager to be their primary point of contact for their digital platforms whilst also managing a team of Marketing Executives and Assistants!

The Marketing Manager will be in charge of the company’s overall online product offering including pricing and maintenance. They will also be required to regularly produce reports which detail the performance of each marketing campaign so a strong knowledge of Google Analytics is essential. Another key element of the role is to develop and implement an e-commerce email acquisition and promotional strategy which will drive conversions and profit!

The Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Plan and execute a cutting-edge email acquisition and promotional strategy in order to drive conversions.
  • Be the ‘go-to’ person for all queries regarding the digital platforms including websites, online store, landing pages, blog management and lead generation.
  • Being responsible for the maintenance, visibility, and pricing of online products and offerings.
  • Providing first level support for e-commerce and LMS consumers and employees, answering any queries they may have.
  • Executing all online, cross platform updates.
  • Producing regular reports regarding updates to senior managers.
  • Having expert knowledge with google analytics and being able to use it effectively.
  • Experience in PPC/SEO/ social media strategist & implementer
  • Develop and execute e-commerce email acquisition and promotional strategy, compile analysis.
  • Previous experience within marketing automation platforms and implementation.
  • Producing regular reports on sales and site performance through maintenance of all key performance indicators.
  • Assembling content for digital communications in order to reach consumers effectively.
  • Manage day-to-day communication from brand to consumer and stylists in collaboration with Marketing Director and Marketing team.

Skills and Attributes of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • 4 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Confident in reporting and presenting to senior members of staff
  • Good communication skills for liaising with colleagues and clients
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • A natural team player
  • E-commerce or B2B experience desirable
  • Desire to travel to annual European events
  • Ability to implement strategy of digital campaigns effectively
