This eCommerce business is a rapidly growing fashion retailer based in Manchester city centre, on their doorstep are the hustle and bustle of shops, restaurants, and bars. They have gained a phenomenal market share in their sector providing stylish and affordable fashion to their customers. Every day is different in their offices which are usually filled with buyers, fashion consultants and models, not your average workplace! They have grown substantially in 2021, even expanding internationally – and are looking to grow their team!

The Digital Marketing Manager will be analytically minded – passionate about turning data into actionable insights. Overseeing activity on the brand’s paid media channels, they will manage campaigns from inception to delivery, and be able to analyse and report on performance to suggests ways to refine and improve. Confident in all aspects of the marketing mix, the successful candidate will have a flair for affiliate marketing, customer acquisition strategy, and optimising paid media.

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Working closely with external agencies to produce excellent marketing assets and ensuring targets are met
  • Overseeing the Marketing team – making sure that campaigns contribute towards wider business goals
  • Ownership of paid media channels, such as affiliates
  • Testing – continuously engaging in environmental analysis, A/B testing of campaigns and new platforms, and search engine optimisation in order to drive growth
  • Manage budgets and deadlines to ensure targets are met
  • Forecast performance of new initiatives or opportunities
  • Create new proposals for customer acquisition and CRM techniques

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 3+ years in digital marketing (ecommerce/fashion/beauty is desirable)
  • Business or Marketing degree is preferable
  • Experience working with digital agencies
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords, Shopping and Facebook Business tools
  • IT literate (Microsoft office, especially Excel)
  • Organised with great time management
  • Analytical – flair for numbers and data
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – willing to go the extra mile, motivated, great at solving problems
  • Great communication skills – able to manage a team and present to multiple stakeholders
