We are currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager who is willing to push boundaries in order to drive the company in the right direction. Our client is looking for a no guts, no glory attitude offering 25 days paid holiday per year, competitive salaries and hi-tech offices in return. From its inception earlier this year our client has gone from strength to strength, with multiple office locations in the works across the UK and an eye on new builds over the pond in the US, this role is the perfect opportunity for a dynamic individual seeking a challenge in which they can really invest themselves in. The triumphant candidate will be capable of building a new digital marketing function and be a senior manager looking to move into a director level position.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Accountability for the implementation of digital marketing strategy within the company.
  • Innovate original digital strategy seeking impressive ROI and triple digit growth.
  • Responsibility for the maintenance of all digital channels including social media, PPC, email marketing etc.
  • Utilise data efficiently to define CRM strategy and approach.
  • Develop engaging campaigns to build brand awareness and increase revenue.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse with new technologies and ensure the company is one step ahead.
  • Consistent evaluation of individual and company performance in order to seize opportunities in which drive growth.
  • Guarantee consistency across all digital channels and all brand campaigns.
  • Implement new marketing programs in line with budget management quotas.

Skills and Experiences:

  • Must be educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Experience in digital marketing of at least four years.
  • Previous experience handling the success of marketing campaigns with a track record of results.
  • A naturally deliberate mind in relation to analytics.
  • Sound understanding of software programs such as Microsoft Office, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Bing, Mail Chimp and Sprout Social.
  • A positive and resourceful outlook in the face of challenges.
  • Capable of investor acquisition is key both equity and debt investors.
  • Prior experience in a demanding role in which required efficient multi-tasking and prioritisation.
  • A passion for property and knowledge of GDPR is advantageous, but not a certified requirement.
