Our client is an award-winning B2B marketing agency based in the heart of Manchester City Centre around the bustling bars and convenient transport links for all surrounding areas! They offer a wide range of top-quality services for their clients including strategy, design, digital, PR and social with offices in the UK and overseas they work across a variety of channels across a national and international scale. 

This role is ideal for someone with broad channel experience in digital marketing. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director, and you will receive ongoing training and development to enhance your core skills. Also, on top of brilliant training our client also offers flexible working (two days working from home) as well as 25 days plus bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement online marketing strategies with focus on high growth in ROI
  • Execute organic and paid social media campaigns
  • Execute email marketing campaigns
  • Writing digital marketing proposals for potential clients
  • Creating and implementing a digital strategy for website projects, communicating with numerous team members
  • Lead and oversee digital projects with the Digital Account Manager and the wider internal team
  • Management of specialist digital subcontractors (SEO and paid media)
  • Contribute to the broader marketing strategy
  • Monthly and quarterly digital reporting through Data Studio, tracking and meeting KPIs
  • Management of the Digital Marketing Executive in the team

Ideal Candidate:

  • 4-5 years working in digital marketing
  • B2B experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience in email marketing, paid advertising, SEO and social media marketing
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, AdWords and CMS platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Strong initiative and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and pro-active approach to solving problems
