Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the department’s future growth. A key responsibility of the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be to advance the brand by implementing cutting-edge marketing campaigns which will be sure to raise awareness and set them apart from their competitors.  The Digital Marketing Coordinator will also be accountable for generating leads for the sales team whilst also organising all external and company events.

The Main Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Coordinator:

  • Manage and optimise the website by utilising Umbraco CMS whilst also taking responsibility for all PPC and Email Marketing campaigns and budgets.
  • Generate valuable leads for the sales team by devising and implementing a yearly marketing plan.
  • Take charge of the company’s social media accounts and maintain regular content.
  • Produce engaging content and marketing collateral including brochures, case studies and newsletters.
  • Ensure that all budgets are adhered to by completing all regulatory paperwork for the accounts department.
  • Produce regular reports which highlight the performance of each campaign.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry and trends by attending regular industry events.
  • Work closely with other departments and third-party agencies to ensure brand consistency.
  • On a regular basis, conduct competitor analyses to stay ahead of the competition.

The Key Skills and Attributes of the Digital Marketing Coordinator:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar Digital Marketing role
  • Educated to degree level
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering successful marketing campaigns
  • Previous experience managing a website and other digital marketing platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Google AdWords and Analytics combined with a solid commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication, budget management and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable building strong work relationships whilst working in a fast-paced environment
  • An analytical individual with a ‘can-do attitude’
