Digital Forecasting Analyst - Manchester - £30,000 to £35,000 - Fashion

Are you an analytical individual who’s looking for a change of scenery? Our client is a highly successful and forward-thinking fashion empire who are on the lookout for a skilled Digital Forecasting Analyst to join their ambitious team! 

Our client is a well-established brand who are at the top of their game when it comes to the latest fashion for all of their customers and they don’t show any signs of slowing down! The City Centre office is based a stone’s throw away from the hustle and bustle of the trendiest shops, cafes and bars! Due to recent growth, the business is now on the hunt to add new talent to their international acquisition team in the form of a Digital Forecasting Analyst!

Working in the Planning and Insights team, the Digital Forecasting Analyst will be responsible for linking key business areas together in order to bolster agile trading and drive ROI.  The successful candidate will be accountable for providing recommendations and insight to the trading teams; therefore, they will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the product will also be required for the role. This is a wonderful opportunity where the Digital Forecasting Analyst will help shape the business’ future.

The Key Responsibilities of the Digital Forecasting Analyst:

  • Plan and create a Brand Category Matrix to predict and develop targets for the future.
  • Working with wider teams (Media & Econometrics team) to monitor PPC strategy and trading opportunities.
  • Track product performance and report on key product insights.
  • Responsible for demand forecasting and reporting key findings to the senior management team.
  • Work alongside the media planning team to produce KPI tracking for traffic to help with decision making on marketing activity.
  • Liaising with senior management and organising team meetings.
  • Support brand planning manager in developing a marketing strategy and strategic planning.

The Key Skills and Responsibilities of the Digital Forecasting Analyst:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of SQL, Excel, Power BI and Google Analytics.
  • Solid understanding of Buying, Merchandising, Finance and Marketing.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable building multiple relationships with key departments.
