Our client is an award-winning media agency which prides themselves on their passion to deliver and innovative thinking. The company boasts an impressive list of clients and is based in the heart of Manchester, making it easily accessible via public transport. They are now looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join them as a Digital Executive.

The Digital Executive will be responsible for supporting the Account Management team to help deliver the best service to each client, as well as generating reports. This is a role where no two days will be the same, and you will be part of a diverse working environment where things can and will change at a moment’s notice. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills to deal with the varied nature of the role. This is a very client-focused role, so great relationship-building skills, as well as excellent communication skills, are a must.

Main responsibilities of the Digital Executive:

  • Providing proactive support for the Account Management team with the day-to-day administration;
  • Dealing with client requests and internal queries;
  • Supporting the Account Management team to ensure the highest quality service is delivered to each client account;
  • Gathering data and generating reports to carry out performance analysis;
  • Using research tools to pull data and insights as requested by the Account Management team;
  • Completing weekly and monthly client reporting;
  • Helping with presentation compilation for both existing client and new business meetings;
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required by the business.

 Key Skills and Attributes for the Digital Executive:

  • Graduate or a Digital Executive with a couple of months experience;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and juggle numerous tasks at once;
  • High levels of attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical skills; competent when manipulating data or assessing trends;
  • Good level of business acumen;
  • Proactive and with a creative mindset;
  • Good relationship builder; and
  • Embraces the core values: Brave, Curious, Driven, Reliable and Supportive.
