The Digital Client Manager will be responsible for communicating and maintaining strong relationships with several clients as well as working closely with internal teams to provide creative and effective media campaigns. Key Roles and Responsibilities of a Digital Client Manager:

  • Work closely with the account lead on day-to-day running of accounts and strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and wider teams
  • Collaborate with wider teams on new innovative strategies and progress
  • Lead, inspire and motivate a team to ensure efficiency
  • Produce and deliver effective media product to clients and wider teams
  • Responsible for all stages of media campaigns, starting from briefing to campaign evaluation
  • Identify consumer and market trends and highlight the possible implications they can have on campaigns and suggest recommendations
  • Ensure smooth progress of running campaigns, ensuring they are kept up-to-date and on time  

Key Skills and Requirements of a Digital Client Manager:

  • Very good knowledge of online and offline marketing channels
  • Energetic and motivated individual with a drive for success
  • Great interpersonal skills, very confident and great communicator
  • Good presentation skills both verbal and written, with numerical ability
  • Must be flexible with the ability to handle multiple numbers of projects and clients within a strict time frame and budget
  • Ability to inspire clients and the team through ideas, insights and creativity
