The Opportunity:

They’re predominantly a digital marketing agency, but over the past 18 months have seen an unprecedented demand for CRO and Analytics services as well. They are now seeking to appoint an Digital Analytics Manager to join their highly regarded and rapidly expanding agency.

This will be the first role in the business of its kind and comes with the opportunity to scope out the entire role – defining and leading the team from the very beginning, exactly how you want to.

You should be seasoned enough to know your stuff when it comes to digital and have the gravitas to interface with clients. Once the framework is set up and clients are being serviced, they will then look to build a team, which is what they’ve done with their other teams.

Responsibilities:

The Digital Analytics Manager will be a key asset within the performance team. You must be commercial, strategic, intellectual, personable, and driven. You must be capable and/or expert in analytics, conversion rate optimisation, data visualisation and data implementation.

  • With support, you will build out an analytics department
  • Productise the web analytics offering and implement across our current client-base
  • Help spot diversification opportunities within the web analytics market
  • Help manage client’s web analytics implementations and data hygiene
  • Contribute to the delivery of conversion rate optimisation programmes through analysis and reporting
  • Provide actionable recommendations to clients by deep diving into their platforms

About you:

It is essential to have:

  • 3+ years experience
  • Adept in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Data Studio
  • BigQuery experience
  • Client management skills
  • Auditing and web analytics implementation experience
  • A keenness to learn more

Desirable (but not essential) skills are:

  • SQL
  • Adobe Analytics/Launch experience
  • JavaScript
