Our client is a well-established, leading company who specialise in fashion and sports ware. They have expanded into one of the UK’s leading fashion retailers and with their exploded success over the recent years, they are now on the hunt for a new Digital Analyst with a motivated personality to drive their business to further success.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing weekly and monthly reports on all website performance as well as being able to analyse channel performance to increase sales. The successful individual will responsible for reporting and evaluating data on the latest products in fashion innovation.

Key roles and responsibilities of the Digital Analyst:

  • Be able to work closely with key stakeholders to identify business issues and provide recommendations to correct these
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on the performance of all websites
  • Closely work with the digital marketing team to collect and combine web statistics and data to increase web trading performance and be able to recommend improvements for underperforming areas
  • Identify and analyse new opportunities to improve user experience across all media channels
  • Be able to analyse channel performance to therefore maximise sales
  • Control data and draw conclusions and provide the Ecommerce team with this information

The skills and attributes of the Digital Analyst:

  • Experience in a similar analytical role
  • A deep understanding of revenue, spend forecasting, ROI and effectiveness
  • Knowledge of all digital marketing channels
  • Confident in using Google Analytics
  • Expert in using Excel
  • Eager to drive the company forward through analyst and identify and recommend improvements
  • Be able to identify strategies to maximise marketing opportunities
  • Confident in combining data sets and provide recommendations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
