The Digital Advertising Sales & Service Specialist will work to acquire new customers and provide excellent service to existing users. Managing digital advertising campaigns will be a key part of the role, taking ownership from inception to delivery. This will include areas such as paid media, social channels, programmatic display, and search and SEO. The successful candidate will also act as a product champion, acting as the go-to resource for any questions or issues that might arise.

Role and Responsibilities of the Digital Advertising Sales & Service Specialist:

  • Customer Acquisition – create a sales pipeline for potential, inbound and outbound leads whilst continuously optimising the sales strategy.
  • Provide Excellent Service – account management, relationship building, issue resolution, contact customers directly, shape digital advertising strategy and budget.
  • Campaign Performance – optimisation of digital advertising campaigns including SEO, PPC, and optimisation testing (copy, formats, delivery, audience targeting etc.)
  • Customer Queries – ensuring ahigh level of CRM, answering any product questions, highlighting technical issues, and providing excellent customer service
  • Analytics and Reporting – monitor campaign performance, provide insights and feedback, track revenue and targets, and highlight any potential leads or improvements.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 2+ years experience in Digital Advertising (including Google Adwords and Facebook proficiency)
  • Sales and account management experience – excellent salesperson
  • Industry knowledge – latest developments, tactics and channels
  • Analytically minded in order to transform data into valuable insights
  • Great communicator (both written and verbal) for both internal teams and customers
  • Technically adept in CRM tools
  • Skilled at forming strong working relationships with various stakeholders
