Take the baton and run as the Digital Acquisition Specialist for an award-winning financial services company based in Manchester City Centre!

Based in a convenient location in Manchester city centre, there is excellent transport links nearby as well as a plethora of shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep!

The Digital Acquisition Specialist will report to the Senior Marketing Acquisition Manager and will play an integral role within the Acquisition team. The role will cover a wide variety of online channels, making no two days the same. The successful candidate will be highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and will be expected to use tools like Google Analytics to dig deep into data sets, providing useful insights and communicating them effectively to the wider team.

 Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Digital Acquisition Specialist

  • Campaign management across digital channels to drive performance
  • Work closely with SEO, PPC and Paid Social agencies
  • Improve customer journeys across all online platforms
  • Use analytics tools to provide regular insights and reporting focusing on key performance indicators
  • Become responsible for driving acquisition through digital channels e.g. PPC, Display, Affiliates etc
  • Collaborate with key teams to ensure correct content and consistent messaging across channels
  • Build professional partnerships to drive awareness & customer growth
  • Keep on top of online marketing trends in order to stay competitive 
  • Identify opportunities for continued growth
  • Make informed risk decisions effectively, communicating regularly with management
  • Logging, reviewing and creating actions around Risk Events, understanding risk through documentation and training available

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • A degree in marketing or relevant subject
  • At least 4 years experience in a digital role 
  • Proficient with Paid Media practices
  • Previous experience using Google Analytics
  • Data-driven individual with a proactive approach to work
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and varied role
  • An excellent communicator
  • Experience managing budgets of £1.5M+
