The Digital Acquisition Manager will focus on the website and traffic performance which means that this role is for a digital specialist who demonstrates a strong attention to detail which will enable them to enhance all aspects that affect the traffic. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the department, taking charge of the large budgets and increasing the business’ digital presence.  They will also be accountable for delivering successful and innovative digital acquisition strategies!

The Main Responsibilities of the Digital Acquisition Manager:

  • Work closely with the company’s in-house SEO team to plan and deliver engaging website content
  • Produce detailed reports which highlight the performance of all digital channels against set KPI’s and report these to the CEO, CFO and FD
  • Manage third party relationships such as Google and Bing and report statistics to the Head of Retail
  • Liaise with the PPC team in order to drive PPC performance whilst also managing all display activity across Google, Instagram and Facebook
  • Create the website testing roadmap by working with the CRO Manager
  • Work closely with the IT department in order optimise the website and app
  • Discuss trading performance in the weekly management meetings
  • Test and trial new platforms for advertising and sources of revenue
  • Work with the commercial team in order to outline the budget on a quarterly and annual basis

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A proven track record of managing large PPC budgets is vital for the role
  • A strong understanding of SEO and SEO best practices
  • Excellent team management skills combined with a sound understanding of Google Analytics
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel and data-driven
  • Knowledge of Visual IQ attribution platform would be beneficial
  • Fantastic communication, organisational and project management skills
  • Previous experience with Episerver CMS and a working knowledge of Marin Software would be desirable
  • Genuine interest in all things digital!
