The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering cutting-edge acquisition strategies as well as excellent budget management skills as they will be working with a large digital budget.

The Main Responsibilities of the Digital Acquisition Manager:

  • Manage the company’s paid channels including Affiliate Window, Google Shopping, Facebook and Google Shopping
  • Ensure that the digital budget is adhered to at all times and establish when and where effective spending has occurred
  • Plan and deliver innovate acquisition campaigns which drive ROI
  • Manage, mentor and build a strong team of digital marketing executives
  • When necessary, execute best on-site SEO practices in order to boost rankings and maintain place
  • Utilising bid management and RLSA, continuously optimise the paid accounts on a daily basis
  • Work closely with the other teams in order to ensure that the customer journey is at the forefront of everything that they do
  • Using tools such as Google Display Network, Facebook and Instagram, deliver successful brand awareness campaigns
  • Produce detailed reports which highlight the performance of all acquisition campaigns and use this to make decisions on future campaigns

The Perfect Candidate:

  • Experience within a similar role is essential
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition including Affiliate, SEO, Display and Paid Social
  • Expert knowledge of paid campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook and Bing
  • Proven track-record of developing and delivering successful display and retargeting ads
  • Comfortable using DoubleClick and other similar software
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Great project management skills and able to deliver projects in time
  • Confident and positive attitude
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Be a good problem solver
