Over the last 18 months we’ve been helping them grow out a new digital team and they’ve already secured some fantastic talent. This role is the latest in their roadmap, to be followed by a PPC Exec and Assistant, and a Paid Social Exec to report in to them next month.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Digital Acquisition Lead will manage and own the digital acquisition channels for multiple brands, taking full responsibility for the transition from agency managed to in-house managed.

Own the overall performance, adopting a media neutral and brand neutral approach. The successful candidate must be well versed in DDA and be highly analytical and capable of executing advanced PPC techniques to effectively grow and nurture the channels at scale.

The role requires previous hands-on ecommerce experience of managing PPC accounts, bid management, campaign creation and performance analysis. Experience managing teams running paid social campaigns too is required. The role comes with line management responsibility.

The digital department are responsible for the digital performance and user experience for multiple websites.  The team plays a key part in delivering business growth.

About you:

  • Strategic planning across PPC accounts managed by your team.
  • Confident producing and presenting performance reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience of managing PPC accounts (shopping, search and display), bid management, campaign creation and performance analysis on Google and Microsoft
  • Able to manage multiple brands and scale accordingly
  • Experience running social media, display and remarketing campaigns.
  • Competent in data analysis and using Excel inc pivot tables, sum ifs, vlookups
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Data Studio and Google Analytics with a passion for data analysis and data driven decision making
  • Transition existing paid search and paid social accounts from agency to in-house.
