Digital Account Manager - Macclesfield (Hybrid Working) - Up to £30,000

The Digital Account Manager will be tasked with managing key accounts and finding campaign solutions for their wide range of clients (predominantly B2B). You will have a passion for assisting clients with their SEO, paid search, paid social, CRM, email, and website campaigns. This role is ideal for a result driven and client facing individual, who enjoys reaping the results for their clients. Key Responsibilities of the Digital Account Manager:

  • Working directly with your clients and internal delivery teams to execute compelling digital marketing strategies, appropriate to each clients needs
  • Prepare and present client reports on effectiveness and recommend solutions to increase ROI
  • Recognise, evaluate and develop campaign effectiveness, efficiency, performance and service quality
  • Manage and strengthen existing client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Responsible for responding to all client and campaign related issues  
  • Keep up-to-date with all new trends in digital technology
  • Cooperatively work with colleagues to ensure all client deliverables are delivered on budget and on time

Key Skills and Attributes of the Digital Account Manager:

  • Highly organised and driven
  • Must have previous agency experience in a digital marketing role delivering marketing plans and strategies
  • Experienced in communicating with clients on the phone, face to face and written
  • Possess digital marketing knowledge to understand clients needs and target audience to ensure all deliverables meet their objectives
  • Great initiative and self-management
  • Deliver exceptional client experience and ability to solve issues or complaints quickly
  • Previous experience in communicating marketing plans and performance to clients and stakeholders
