Attention Digital Account Manager! Join a fantastic, highly-successful digital agency in Cheshire as their new Digital Account Manager and work with some of the world’s elite brands!

Due to a recent period of rapid growth, our client is on the hunt for an enthusiastic Digital Account Manager who is passionate about growing their career with an agency who works with some of the world’s leading companies and organisations! Based in a convenient location in Cheshire, with transport links nearby, the office offers a close-knit team with a positive and creative working environment!

The ideal candidate will be a digital orientated marketer with excellent client-facing skills, as you will be liaising with a combination of long-established and new clients. The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for up to 10 client accounts. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the business’ award-winning creative and web development team, ensuring all projects adhere to set budgets and deadlines.

The Key Responsibilities of the Digital Account Manager:

  • Manage both existing and new client accounts and ensure that they are optimised and deliver the desired ROI.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and keep them up-to-date on their campaign performances.
  • Responsible for negotiating and renewing client contracts whilst having a full understanding of their needs and requirements.
  • Utilise Excel in order to interpret and analyse key data and produce detailed marketing literature for a range of clients.
  • Work closely with other departments in order to ensure consistency in the delivery of client campaigns.

The Key Skills and Attributes of the Digital Account Manager:

  • Previous experience in client facing, account management
  • Clear and confident communication skills who can work as part of a team to deliver best in class campaigns and understand client requirements
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills are also essential as well as excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • The successful candidate must be able to prioritise tasks effectively to cope with a demanding workload and have the diligence to meet pre-determined timeframes
  • The successful candidate will have a strong interest in search marketing and the wider media industry.
  • It is essential that applicants keep up to date with the latest industry news, developments and best practices.
