A leading Manchester Agency is looking for a talented Digital Account Manager to join their incredible digital team and help lead the way with innovative and creative campaigns!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to take their career to the next level by working for a highly successful agency that have worked with some of the largest brands in the UK! They are now looking to add to their already talented team based in their Manchester office.

As the Digital Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships with digital clients, so exceptional communication plus impeccable organisation and time management skills are all integral to the role.

Key responsibilities of the Digital Account Manager:

  • Act as the point of contact for all digital clients.
  • Managing the accounts for digital projects including producing all documentation.
  • Turning briefs into ideas and projects.
  • Maintaining the department resource schedule including margins and scope creep.
  • Produce and manage project plans.
  • Ensuring all projects are to the clients' specifications.
  • Playing a key role in the delivery of presentations including some pitch meetings.
  • Developing client relationships and helping to contribute to future success.

Key Skills of the Digital Account Manager:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Digital Account management experience in digital projects.
  • Experience with managing projects in the fields of UX, website development and digital marketing.
  • Excellent organisational skills and experience in planning digital projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to recognise any issues and see those through to resolution.
  • Experience in Trello, JIRA and Smart Sheet is preferable.
  • Weekly reporting on project progress against schedule and budget.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with key people.
  • Can work towards key performance indicators.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
