Our client is looking for a new Digital Account Manager to join their Manchester based team to thrive as the main point of contact between clients and the agency.

This exciting new opportunity for Digital Account Manager would be perfectly suited to a confident individual who has a proven track record working in client services. The ideal candidate must also be organised, working with multiple clients and providing personalised service to each.

Having already worked with many fantastic clients, this agency are rapidly growing and providing an exciting environment for the new Digital Account Manager to enter. Hitting the ground running, you will be expected to use your outstanding people skills to even further the success and expansion of the company!

Main Responsibilities of Digital Account Manager:

  • Ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication end exceptional service.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with both client and colleagues to ensure seamless and timely delivery of work.
  • Managing PR, content marketing and paid search on behalf of clients, ensuring successful implementation and feeding back any future recommendations based on results.
  • Making certain clients consider the agency as a beneficial service, making suggestions on how to improve if any negative client feedback is received.

Key Traits and Attributes of Digital Account Manager:

  • 3+ year experience a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An analytical mind, passionate about problem solving.
  • Commercially aware and an up to date knowledge of current technologies and trends which may influence clients businesses.
