Digital Account Manager – £32-38k - Manchester City Centre - Agency

Our client is one of Manchester’s most progressive, integrated marketing communications agencies, and they are looking for a candidate with experience of working across multi-discipline campaigns primarily in digital and social. You would be working closely on clients who work in a variety of industries, both B2B and B2C including Health & Wellness, Leisure, Retail and Renewable Energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring that clients are always fully up to date with project developments and expectations are managed
  • Scoping projects and working with the appropriate internal resources to ensure that it is delivered effectively
  • To manage multiple projects to deliver the best possible outcome for the client and the agency
  • Working with the Digital and Social team to create integrated, creative strategies
  • Presenting campaign ideas and negotiating budgets with clients
  • The ability to confidently propose digital marketing from SEO, PPC, Social advertising and Email marketing
  • Developing accurate campaign plans and providing estimates and quotations
  • Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing activities
  • To be proactive in offering appropriate solutions through an in-depth understanding of the client’s priorities, their sector, creative process and Digital marketing
  • To establish a relationship with the client team which they trust and value
  • Ability to be flexible in resource and workload planning
  • To contribute to the wider agency by sharing knowledge and expertise as well as identifying opportunities to build the agency profile

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong organisational and collaboration skills with ability to run multiple projects simultaneously and problem solve
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • You have strong commercial awareness and an ability to deliver quality within the constraints of realistic budgets
  • Ideally previous exposure to; Digital Marketing, Website Design/Development and Print projects
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Mailchimp (or similar) is essential
