Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Digital Account Manager:

  • Responsible for the running of a variety of large campaigns and accounts and overseeing direct communication with senior managers and directors of client companies.
  • Propose and pitch creative briefs to clients and oversee campaigns from briefing to execution.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and negotiating upselling and cross-selling with existing clients.
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign progress and communicating it back to clients.
  • Work in collaboration with digital marketing teams in order to coordinate projects.

Key Skills and Attributes of the Digital Account Manager:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a digital agency.
  • A confident speaker and excellent communicator.
  • Amazing organisational and time management skills.
  • Great commercial awareness across B2B and B2C.
  • Practiced in Google Analytics, Microsoft CRM, and Digital Marketing strategies.
  • An effective reporter and presenter.
  • Ability to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
