Responsibilities of a Digital Account Director:

  • Experienced agency background, with personal digital knowledge to match clients management expertise
  • Ability to inspire and motivate your own team with strong communicative skills to connect with clients and stakeholders
  • Seamless organisational ability, evolve a team by defining approaches and progress relationships with clients
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet required targets. A passion and motivation for exceeding in the digital market

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in the required field with knowledge and desire to lead a team
  • Good communication skills, able to interact with the team members, clients and stakeholders effectively
  • A creative mindset to look beyond the brief, constantly trying to push client’s websites and marketing
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills are required
