Are you a high-flying Digital Account Manager looking for a fantastic opportunity to work right in the heart of Manchester City Centre for a thriving digital agency? Look no further!

Our client offers a vibrant working environment and the opportunity to work with a team of extremely talented experts. As the Digital Account Director, you will work on a wide range of exciting projects which aim to build and grow businesses across the globe.

The Digital Account Director will be responsible for the retention and development of selected accounts as well as planning, organising and monitoring projects. Additionally, you will be held accountable for the profitability of the selected accounts and be expected to deliver against highlighted KPI targets.

Main Responsibilities of the Digital Account Director:

  • Will be accountable for the on-boarding, roadmap planning and project initiation of large strategic clients.
  • Required to have the ability to seek out opportunities to build an incremental business with key clients.
  • Translate briefs, both verbal and written, to the agency team highlighting client’s requirements.
  • Able to work effectively with project teams to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Able to carry out client research projects.
  • Assisting with the business development and pitch preparation as required.
  • Skilled in owning and managing profitability and performance across selected accounts, in line with agreed targets.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Experience building client relationships at a strategic and operational level by contacting clients on a regular basis.
  • Vast experience of managing clients and budgets.
  • Experienced in client research.
  • Highly ambitious
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent social skills
  • Able to drive a team towards meeting targets.
  • Enthusiastic about all things digital
