As our clients Digital Account Director, you'll be the driving force behind our client relationships and strategic initiatives. From overseeing digital marketing campaigns to guiding team growth, your role will be pivotal in shaping our success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring their strategic objectives are met.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies tailored to each client's needs, spanning web development, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and more.
  • Team Management: Mentor and inspire our team of account and project managers, setting clear goals and fostering collaboration.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure timely, budget-friendly project delivery that exceeds client expectations.
  • Campaign Analysis: Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • New Business Development: Contribute to new business pitches and identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a voice in the industry through thought leadership and innovative digital practices.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within an agency setting
  • Proven team management experience
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and web development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Passion for emerging digital trends and technologies
  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C clients
