My client are committed to helping organisations, society and each other change for the better. They are natural explorers who collaborate, question and analyse across employer, education and youth markets. After not just surviving the pandemic, but actually thriving in it, they have been able to bring on 44 new members of staff in last 12 months alone, with their growth showing no signs of stopping.

They are now looking to hire a Data and Analytics Manager to help facilitate the next stage in their ambitious plans. This role will work with client leads to improve and advance both internally and externally how data is used by developing and enhancing processes, capabilities, outputs and products/services.  Finding meaning and value from raw data sets to inform action and create change

What you’re responsible for:

• Being a focal point for their data and analytics products and services, internally and externally
• Working directly with clients and in partnership with colleagues to help understand and advance data adoption, usage and value extraction
• Work in close partnership with data, consultant and market experts to advance their solutions, products and services, bringing innovation to the agency
• Supporting data efficiency across their expert groups, leading relevant client meetings and presenting complex ideas, solutions and data
• Proactively consulting with clients to understand their needs, design impactful  solutions and deliver measurable outcomes
• Contribute and feed into the management of Data and Analytical projects
• Working across broad ranges of data to identify patterns and trends
• Auditing client and market data usage, recommending appropriate enhancements
• Ensuring we are making the most of technology and tools within market
• Showing commercial acumen by highlighting commercial opportunities with the client leads and wider team to help increase profitability across the agency

About you:

• Essential mid-weight experience of Tableau and Excel
• Desirable experience of R Python and SQL
• Data preparation, exploration, cleansing
• Confident and engaging communication skills across all communication channels.
• Managing complex, multiple stakeholder data projects
• Hands-on database management and analysis
• Experience in product development and advancement
• Experience in people data and analytics
• Consultative project scoping and delivery
• A methodical and logical problem solver, unphased by complex challenges
