Our client is a leading travel business in the UK who have carved themselves a strong reputation amongst their customers. They are now on the hunt for a talented Customer Insight Manager to bolster their insight into their current and potential customer data. You will be joining a dynamic, fast-paced team where you will support their CRM strategy by creating reports and insights which drive business decisions.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving key metrics to innovate and influence current CRM and commercial strategy. You will be working to improve customer retention and loyalty by enhancing segmentation data so personalised and relevant messages are sent to customers. The ideal candidate will also be a strong communicator who can explain findings to the wider team in a clear and concise manner.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Customer Insight Manager:

  • Play a fundamental role in the direction of the business’ customer insight strategy
  • Utilise analytical tools to make evaluations and recommendations on CRM performance
  • Analyse and pinpoint opportunities to drive decisions throughout the business
  • Create CRM dashboards and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
  • Create and manage customer segmentation
  • Drive retention using A/B testing throughout the CRM journey
  • Improve customer experience through valuable insights and findings

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • A high degree of commercial awareness
  • Data savvy with strong data mining and analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of SQL databases
  • Google Data Studio and Attribution modelling
  • Able to articulate top quality reports
  • Hunger to learn and develop
  • Proactive self-starter
