Based in Wigan, our client has built themselves a phenomenal reputation within the travel industry and as their success continues to expand and they delve into more investment, they are now looking to hire a talented Customer Insight Manager to join their dynamic team of experts.

This is a brand new role where the Customer Insight Manager has the opportunity to make their mark whilst supporting the business’ CRM strategy. Reporting to the Group Digital Director, the Customer Insight Manager will also be responsible for producing detailed reports which will aid the day-to-day decisions and provide insight into customer needs. This is an amazing opportunity to work environment where you can shape the future marketing strategy.

The Key Responsibilities of the Customer Insight Manager:

  • Use key metrics to analyse data and provide key information which will shape the customer insight strategy.
  • Recommend new opportunities which will drive CRM performance as well as marketing decisions.
  • Plan, execute and maintain CRM dashboards and reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest market trends and analysis.
  • Oversee customer segmentation and drive retention using A/B testing.
  • Deliver data insight which will aid conversion rate and customer loyalty with the aim to reduce CPA.

The Key Skills and Attributes of the Customer Insight Manager:

  • Proven experience in a similar Customer Insight Analyst
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL databases and Google Analytics
  • Capable of producing and presenting detailed reports to senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with excellent data-mining and analytical skills
  • A natural self-starter who’s capable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of driving self-sufficiency across various disciplines
  • Comfortable understanding customer behaviours and commercial impact
