Calling all Customer Insight Analysts! Are you looking to take on a new challenge? A leading, international fashion powerhouse situated in Manchester City Centre is on the hunt for not one, but two Customer Insight Analysts to join their vibrant team.

The Customer Insight Analyst will assist the business with their brand strategy by providing useful information based on data and analytics. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders and use a variety of tools to convert large datasets into valuable insight.

The Main Responsibilities of the Customer Insight Analyst:

  • Work with key decision makers in order to offer insightful information and can have a positive impact on the company
  • Use analytics to assist with forecasting and turn requests into specific technical requirements
  • On a regular basis, produce key reports and present to senior management
  • Work across a variety of projects, from start to finish, offering expertise when required

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong experience working in a data and analytics role
  • Educated to degree level in either a Maths, IT or Science subject
  • Previous experience using SQL and Google Analytics
  • Comfortable managing stakeholders whilst working in a dynamic environment
  • Capable of translating technical analysis into audience-friendly insight
  • An excellent communicator with sound problem-solving skills
