CRO/UX Analyst – £40,000 – Manchester – Digital Agency

We’ve just been briefed on a batch of new opportunities at brilliant start-up agency in Manchester roles who are genuinely really excited to be working with! Keep reading for tons of details below about the business, culture and benefits that should illustrate why we think they’re so great.

About them:

Formed by ex-Network Directors, who wanted to challenge the norm and work differently to most agencies.. They have seen successful and shown impressive growth over the last 2 ½ years, having grown the team to 26 in that short period, but are now looking to expand even further. You’ll have the opportunity to work across and have exposure to a real mix of brands, industries, business sizes, etc.

They are reinvesting back into the team at all times, and you’ll find their benefits below alongside training and development opportunities, but this agency is perfect for someone looking to grow and develop their professional (and personal) skillset. It's important to them that everyone in the business has access to resources that enable them to expand their knowledge of digital as a whole, so they have 2 hours booked out in the diary every single week for learning and development across their core areas (paid search and Shopping, Social, SEO, programmatic, CRO/UX and Affiliates/Email), meaning everyone in the team can better understand each others roles to improve synergy, and also continue to develop and broaden their skillset

In terms of culture, they’re looking for people who are specialists in their area, but also enjoy working as part of a team. That said, they’re massive on autonomy and proactiveness, so you wont be micromanaged or hand-held, they want passionate people who love what they do and want the freedom to get stuck in and really carve out their own destiny.

The role:

Working with a wide range of data & analytics platforms, responsible for tracking, analysis and reporting

  • A/B and Multivariate testing analysis to measure the impact of site changes and to further develop CRO opportunities
  • Automating data collection processes to reduce non-value added time
  • Building reports for our clients within Google Sheets and Google Data Studio

  • Analysing channel activity for our clients in order to make informed decisions on our campaigns
  • Working within Google Tag Manager to deploy tags and triggers to improve tracking and data collection for our clients
  • Presenting observations and recommendations to colleagues, and to clients on conference calls and in meetings

About you:

  • Sound knowledge of CRO and UX best principals
  • Experienced in using Google Analytics, Sheets, Tag Manager and Data Studio
  • Experience in using Campaign Manager (DCM)
  • Proactive working style
  • Data-driven mindset

Check out these benefits:

  • Generous holiday allowance (25 days + Bank Holidays + Birthday + 3 days over Christmas
  • Incremental pay increases based on performance with no time parameters (some staff have had pay rises in their first 3 months after absolutely smashing it)
  • Private Healthcare + additional benefits
  • Team away days + Annual trip to Munich at Christmas
  • Social and Wellbeing committee who have a monthly budget (spent on massages, mental wellbeing training, twice weekly yoga classes, chiropractors, etc.)
  • Fully remote and flexible working from home/office options
  • £400 home working allowance for desk, chair etc.
  • Laptop and phone
  • Personal training budget, for vocational use
  • Regular training across other channels

They’re based in Manchester City Centre, with option to work from home or in the office as you choose.

As show above the salary is up to around £40,000 – but if you expectations are higher/lower than this please don’t be put off as they’re keen to get the right people on board so will try to be flexible.
