CRO/UX Analyst – £40,000 – Manchester – Digital Agency

About them:

Formed by ex-Network Directors, who wanted to challenge the norm and work differently to most agencies.. They have seen successful and shown impressive growth over the last 2 ½ years, having grown the team to 26 in that short period, but are now looking to expand even further. You’ll have the opportunity to work across and have exposure to a real mix of brands, industries, business sizes, etc.

In terms of culture, they’re looking for people who are specialists in their area, but also enjoy working as part of a team. That said, they’re massive on autonomy and proactiveness, so you wont be micromanaged or hand-held, they want passionate people who love what they do and want the freedom to get stuck in and really carve out their own destiny.

The role:

Working with a wide range of data & analytics platforms, responsible for tracking, analysis and reporting

  • A/B and Multivariate testing analysis to measure the impact of site changes and to further develop CRO opportunities
  • Automating data collection processes to reduce non-value added time
  • Building reports for our clients within Google Sheets and Google Data Studio
  • Conducting deep-dive analysis of web analytics data to uncover actionable insights for our clients
  • Analysing channel activity for our clients in order to make informed decisions on our campaigns
  • Working within Google Tag Manager to deploy tags and triggers to improve tracking and data collection for our clients
  • Presenting observations and recommendations to colleagues, and to clients on conference calls and in meetings

About you:

  • Sound knowledge of CRO and UX best principals
  • Experienced in using Google Analytics, Sheets, Tag Manager and Data Studio
  • Experience in using Campaign Manager (DCM)
  • Proactive working style
  • Data-driven mindset
