Responsibilities of the role:

  • Deliver CRO strategy and campaigns for our clients
  • Continuous analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to identify both issues and opportunities in our client’s customer journeys
  • Create testing hypotheses and recommendations to improve performance and conversion rate, based on the research undertaken
  • Support with the design and implementation of recommendations
  • Work with our developers to setup and run A/B, split and multivariate testing
  • QA and monitor all tests / changes to client sites, providing insight and recommendations for next steps
  • Provide ad-hoc optimisation support when required for our clients
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver workshops
  • Develop a strong understanding of the CRO and UX marketplace (products, events etc.)
  • Support in the continual improvement of our CRO offering, and contribute to new business pitches

About you:

  • 2+ years’ experience within Conversion Rate Optimisation
  • Data-driven with good Google Analytics experience
  • Strong communication skills and confident in presenting work to Senior Team members and colleagues
  • Ideally experienced with Google Optimise, Unbounce, ContentSquare and Monetate (or similar tools) 
  • Passionate and ambitious                
  • Agency experience preferred
