Our client is a growing organisation and therefore is on the lookout for an energetic and motivated CRO Specialist to join the eCommerce team to work with a range of clients on the digital improvement of customer journeys and interaction rates. The CRO Specialist will be responsible for the management and improvement of online customer experiences, an important area that’s vital to the business who put customers at the heart of their company. The perfect candidate will be digitally driven with experience of improving conversation rates and have a passion for improving B2C relationships.

Key Roles and Responsibilities of a CRO Specialist:

• Testing of MVT and A/B of customer journeys to improve conversation rate optimisation
• Analyse a wide range of data from audiences to identify new ways to boost engagement
• Customer insight analytics reporting
• Work alongside other teams to understand data and identify any issues with user experience and how this can be improved
• Assist the e-commerce department to deliver high-quality digital results
• Maintaining roadmap for on-site testing
• Report on KPI’s and insights of customer engagement to key stakeholders
• Input new ideas for CRO based on web metric results

Key Skills and Requirements of a CRO Specialist:

• Experience working with web analytics
• Experience in testing and personalisation
• Very good communication skills both written & verbal
• Excellent knowledge of online marketing and digital platforms
• Able to build strong work relationships with the team, managers, and various stakeholders
• Analytical mind with strong attention to detail
