Specialist will report to the Brand Experience Manager and become an integral part of the
digital team, where they will be responsible for the development of customer journeys in

Role & Responsibilities of the CRO Specialist:

• Create effective hypothesis for testing across DCG sites
• A/B and MV Testing 
• Creation and maintenance roadmap for on-site testing
• Delivery & development of test planning & completion processes
• Providing concise and accurate reporting of insights & learnings to key stakeholders
• Producing in-depth analysis across all aspects of the digital journey
• Analysing data from a wide range of audiences, to troubleshoot and investigate issues
• Conduct customer insight analytics & user research
• Working alongside marketing teams to investigate issues and provide solutions to improve user experience
• Supporting the wider ecommerce department with overall brand experience

Desired skills and experience of the CRO Specialist:

• Working knowledge of web analytics platforms
• Working knowledge of testing and personalisation platforms
• Experience of B2C eCommerce/Online Marketing
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Experience working with and building cross function relationship
