This is an exciting opportunity for a CRO Analyst to take on a new challenge and strive within an extremely innovative company. The successful candidate will work in a buzzing ecommerce team and will be responsible for enhancing online customer journeys as well as overall business performances. The CRO Analyst will also be extremely customer focused as well as developing reports that provide an insight into the different drivers behind the performance.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the CRO Analyst:

  • Develop a multitude of analysis to present to ‘non-data’ stakeholders inside the business.
  • Analyse the company’s website using Google analytics as well as other tools such as conversion, page views, funnel analysis, traffic etc.
  • Work across a number of teams, motivating colleagues and keeping morale high.
  • Provide recommendations as well as key insights to assist feedback to ensure the business is performing as well as possible.

Key Skills and Attributes of the CRO Analyst:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar CRO role.
  • Fluent using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Up to date knowledge of new technologies.
  • Experience using data gathering software and tools.
  • Knowledge of web languages and technology, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience of using A/B and MVT testing suites.
  • Outstanding quantitative data gathering, statistical analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge of the website development process and the components that affect conversion rates.
  • Experience researching and understanding consumer psychology and customer journeys.
  • Experience outlining tracking requirements to support the development of site functionality and features.
