CRM Marketing Manager – Manchester – eCommerce - £43,000 to £52,000

Take charge as CRM Marketing Manager for one of the largest travel organisations in the world.

The idea candidate will provide headstrong leadership and have an influential flair for creativity that will be channelled expertly into the marketing of all products and services. Main Roles and Responsibilities of CRM Marketing Manager;

  • Consolidate an e-marketing strategy effectively personifying business communications in order to increase customer engagement.
  • Continue work with already implemented CRM programmes in relation to email marketing.
  • Develop and adjust communication material to connect intelligently with consumer segments, improving understanding of the customer in the processes.
  • Work cohesively with other branches and offices to guarantee uniformity across platforms placing the customer at the heart of all business activities.
  • Responsibility for the increase of sales via optimisation of post-booking journeys.

Skills and Experiences Required for CRM Marketing Manager;

  • Previous knowledge of CRM and email marketing.
  • Experience in managing creatively driven individuals and service providers.
  • A thorough understanding of consumer segmentation, specifically within the travel industry in order to influence smart marketing campaigns.
  • A complete comprehension of the process of implementing a marketing campaign using customer segmentation as a focal point.
  • Conscious ability to manoeuvre through MS Office, Google Analytics and HTML.
