Our client is situated in the heart of Manchester, right in the hustle and bustle of the city with countless bars and restaurants! This brand have won a number of prestigious awards and now they are looking for a CRM Manager to join their team. This is your chance to join a fashion powerhouse!

The successful candidate will focus on retention and engagement, shaping an effective CRM strategy that thinks outside the box and achieves targets. The CRM Manager will be a creative individual with a flair for strategy, who also has in depth working knowledge of key CRM programs.

Role and Responsibilities

• Craft an effective CRM strategy that attracts, reactivates, and engages consumers at all stages of the customer lifecycle
• Designate targets for CRM activity that are continuously evaluated and monitored, both internally and against industry standards
• Take ownership of email campaigns, from creation, to execution, and even testing
• Put customer experience first – ensure a flawless experience for all customers to increase lifetime value
• Ensure CRM campaigns meet business objectives
• Management of consumer loyalty programmes, and reporting on the performance of these initiatives to adapt strategy accordingly
• Raise awareness of CRM throughout the company

Key Skills and Experience

• Proven track record effectively using CRM programs (e.g. Exponea, Bloomreach etc)
• Able to manage and develop a team
• Experience working with digital analytics tools
• Experience in crafting successful CRM strategies for an online business
• Able to manage large databases
• Fantastic communication skills
• Confident in liaising with various stakeholders
• Organised and able to multi-task
• Retail marketing experience is desirable
