CRM Manager – Health/Fitness – Remote/Whaley Bridge - £32k

Please note: this role can be almost entirely remote, with 1 day per week at Head Office in Whaley Bridge.

A leading UK supplier of premium nutritional and health supplements since 1981, our client is a small growth business which serves a B2B customer base of professional practitioners and an expanding B2C market online.

Due to recent investment in a new integrated ERP system, an imminent launch of a new website/CRM system, teamed with ambitious growth plans, makes this a critical time to invest top digital talent for the business.

The company are looking to recruit and experience eCRM Manager to join the Marketing Team. This is an ideal role for someone who can grow and develop our existing CRM and ecommerce strategy and make recommendations to improve the customer journey to help us achieve our KPIs and provide a world class experience during an online web store process.

In addition to working with key stakeholders across the business and the eCRM manager will own our email and digital communications moving forward.

  • Plan, create and execute company email campaigns (HTML, links, dynamic content, audience etc.) for B2B and B2C for the UK and ROI market.
  • The ability to continually review and optimise the model and processes including the customer journey.
  • Support out-going marketing activities inline with the company marketing calendar
  • Create triggered email marketing campaigns to drive revenue via engagement and repeat purchases.
  • A/B test emails to improve engagement and increase email channel revenue
  • Set and deliver on tangible content and campaign goals.
  • Complete regular reporting and analysis of email campaigns for insight building
  • Create customer segmentation models to maximize the business performance
  • Stay abreast of competitor email activity and industry enhancements.

About you:

  • Experience using MailChimp and DotDigital to manage multiple email campaigns and audiences
  • Experience of setting up automated triggered email programmes using DotDigital
  • Experience in segmenting customer databases
  • Experience of Magento (preferred but not essential)
  • Basic understanding of HTML principles
  • Good understanding of email marketing best practice
